has over 17 years of Windows computer experience, from troubleshooting and repair, to upgrading components, to tutoring individuals on how to have a better experience with their computer. We've found that many, if not most, Windows users have many frustrations with their computer because of problems that they are not able to solve. If your computer is exhibiting errors and quirky behavior and you have just resigned yourself to living with those Windows issues and frustrations, let us be a source of hope for you that you can have a better experience with your computer. Our rates start at $20/hr and the first two hours are free if we can't solve your problem!
